ReleaseQuest has all this and much more, with no subscription required. A ReleaseQuest Account is optional,

Private notes, journals, and insights remain stored and processed on your device. If you create an account,
supported profile, friendship, visibility, and library information is processed to provide the account and
social features you choose to use.
